The NATEODA has partnered with Armed Forces Reunions, Inc. (AFR), to arrange this convention. They have made the arrangements with the hotel and will be registering our attendees on their website. Click the link below to register for the convention.

Banquet Meal will consist of:

1. Reunion Field Green Blend Salad
2. Seasonal Vegetables
3. Warm rolls with Butter
4. Chocolate Seduction Cake
5. Water, Iced Tea, and Coffee Service

And you have a choice entrees, which you must choose when registering for the convention.

Hotel Reservation

The hotel rate for convention attendees is $139.00 Per night plus taxes. The hotel will let us have this rate from Sunday, 11 September, to Sunday, 19 September 2022, if you want to extend your stay check with the hotel for pricing.

The last day to book your hotel at the convention rate is 22 August 2022. After this date room rates may be higher.

RV Parking

There may be limited parking at the hotel For those of you with RVs or Campers that are self-contained. Please check with the hotel.

RV spaces may be available about 15 minutes away at RV Camping at St. Peters’ 370 Lakeside Park.

 

More about the Convention

We have not had a convention in three years because of the pandemic. We have a lot of business to catch up.

It has been very difficult to maintain the business of the Association without connecting with members at the conventions. The board of directors and officers have made many changes to continue business during these difficult times, including creating the new NATEODA.com website.

Join us to talk about those changes, elect new officers and board members, update the bylaws, and the most important reason why we meet—to be with our friends and meet new friends.

We plan to publish and continually update the business to be discussed and voted at the convention on the secure member page of this website. The Association bylaws allow all regular members in good standing (dues are current) to vote at the convention.

This year we plan to use electronic voting for members who cannot attend the convention. Members planning to attend the convention can use electronic voting or vote in person. We will send details on the electronic voting in future updates.

Members who have not activated their account for the secure member page can go to Reset Password Page and follow the instructions. This resets the password from the system-generated password when we imported member accounts. Only current members may use this link.
