On behalf of the National Association of Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technicians and I as its President, it is an honor to wish the United States Marine Corps a heartfelt Happy Birthday. Today, we celebrate 249 years of unparalleled valor, sacrifice, and dedication that the men and women of the Marine Corps have shown in service to our nation.
As EOD Technicians, we have been privileged to serve alongside you in both peacetime and combat, and we recognize the Marine Corps’ steadfast courage and commitment. Your adaptability and resilience continue to inspire us and strengthen our bond as we work together to protect and uphold the safety of our country.
On this special day, we honor not only your legacy but also the continued mission of those who wear the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. May this anniversary remind us of the values we share and the camaraderie that connects us as warriors and protectors.
